Yang Xu, PhD
Clinical Physicist Associate

Dr. Xu is a second year Clinical Physics Resident, working toward ABR certification in Therapeutic Radiological Physics.  He performs general therapeutic physics services, and is committed to providing the highest quality SRS and HDR treatments for patients.  His research interests include HDR brachytherapy and patient safety.

John D. Gordon, M.S.
Clinical Physicist Associate

John Gordon has recently completed his graduate work in medical physics at the top of his class.His previous research has included rapid chemical sensing using novel fiber optics. Current research interests include optimization of Tomotherapy treatment planning techniques, with a goal of improving the quality of treatment to each patient. He has taken opportunities to teach radiation therapists, medical dosimetrists, and graduate students in order to develop excellence in clinical practice.
