METASTATIC BRAIN CANCER

 

RTOG 0614:  A RANDOMIZED, PHASE III, DOUBLE-BLIND, PLACEBO CONTROLLED TRIAL OF MEMANTINE FOR PREVENTION OF COGNITIVE DYSFUNCTION IN PATIENTS RECEIVING WHOLE-BRAIN RADIOTHERAPY

 

Eligibility Criteria

At least 18 years of age

Proven metastatic cancer to the brain

Patients must have stable systemic disease > 3 prior to study entry

Patients must have adequate lab values as defined in the protocol
